Volleyball Recap: Midwest Central Find Success + How To Watch

Midwest Central won the last time they faced Manual and things went their way on Monday too. The Raiders walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rams. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raiders.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Midwest Central was: they took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15.

Midwest Central's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Manual, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-14.

Midwest Central and Manual could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. The Raiders will square off against Mt. Pulaski at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (438 vs. 202). Meanwhile, Manual (ranked 684th) will meet Providence Catholic (ranked 49th) at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
