Basketball Recap: Center-Stanton Takes a Loss

Center-Stanton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 62-21 defeat at the hands of Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent]. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their loss to Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] from their previous meeting back in December of 2022.

Center-Stanton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent], the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Center-Stanton will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Flasher at 4:30 p.m. on December 17th.
