South Gray came tearing into Saturday's matchup with 12 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Ashland Blue Jays. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win back in September.

South Gray easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-16.

Their offense was headlined by Jacee Deges and Lakin Goossen, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Jonalee Zweygardt and her 14 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

South Gray's victory bumped their record up to 26-2. As for Ashland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-21-2 record this season.
