Wood Memorial had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They managed a 31-26 win over the Southridge Raiders. The 31-point effort marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Wood Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Southridge, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wood Memorial will welcome Vincennes Rivet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gibson Southern at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
