Pacelli extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Edgar. They were the clear victors by a 14-2 margin over the Wildcats. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 matches by seven runs or more this season.

The victory was the seventh in a row for Pacelli, bringing their record up to 24-4. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Edgar, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 19-8 record.

Looking ahead, Pacelli will square off against Johnson Creek on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Cardinals 3, the Bluejays 2.8) so any runs scored will be well earned. Edgar does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
