Volleyball Recap: Mcdonald's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

McDonald waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the McKinley Trojans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: McDonald took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-9, 25-6.

Halle Kuntz paced McDonald's offense, picking up 13 kills. Kuntz got some help from Ava Salomone and her 15 assists. Salomone was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

McDonald's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for McKinley, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.
