Football Game Preview: Gladstone/Riverdale vs. St. Helens Lions

Gladstone/Riverdale is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Seaside on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Gladstone/Riverdale took a blow against Seaside, falling 56-7. Gladstone/Riverdale was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-0.

Meanwhile, St. Helens fell victim to Scappoose and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Indians and fell 50-0. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Indians: they've now lost nine in a row.

St. Helens' defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Gladstone/Riverdale, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
