Basketball Recap: Big Spring Comes Up Short

Big Spring lost against Seminole back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Big Spring Steers were dealt a 66-25 defeat at the hands of the Seminole Indians. The matchup marked the Steers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Big Spring has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for Seminole, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-9.

Big Spring will host Monahans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Seminole, they will square off against Midland Legacy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Midland Legacy has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 193 points over their last three contests.
