Jack Thomas Dazzles in Palisades Victory
 Starting off the list is Palisades's  Jack Thomas, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Thomas threw for 225 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 39 yards and a touchdown.
 The  victory (which was Palisades' third in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Thomas and Palisades will welcome Venice  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.

 On Friday, Venice got the W thanks in part to  Joshua Aaron playing the best football he has all season. Aaron rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 57 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 On the year,  Aaron  has caught 2 touchdowns while averaging 24 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after six games last season,  he was only averaging 24.83  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 54.83  rushing yards.

Jayden Hightower Delivers Electric  Effort Vs Palisades
 Westchester was sadly handed a  loss on Friday, but  Jayden Hightower did his best to prevent it. Nobody could stop  Hightower as he threw for 327 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.1% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
 Westchester moved to 6-1 with that  defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak. Hightower and Westchester will challenge Fairfax at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.

Justen Key Makes It Two for Westchester
 Another Westchester player making an appearance on this list is  Justen Key. He rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown.
 For the season,  Key  has run in 3 touchdowns while averaging 52 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 2.43  rushing yards per game.
