Cooper Feddersen leads Jones County to victory over Kadoka

Recap: Jones County Coyotes vs. Kadoka Kougars

The Jones County Coyotes won the last time they faced the Kadoka Kougars, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Jones County came out on top against Kadoka by a score of 63-50. Winning is a bit easier when you outrebound your opponent 13 to 6 on the offensive boards, as Jones County did.

Cooper Feddersen was his usual excellent self, scoring 21 points along with nine rebounds and two blocks. He hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Jett Nix, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Despite the loss, Kadoka still got an impressive performance from Gus Stout, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Garrett Hermann, who scored 11 points along with two steals.

Jones County's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Kadoka, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.

Jones County will look to defend their home court on Friday against Kadoka at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Kadoka focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Tuesday.
