Volleyball Recap: St. Mary's Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

St. Mary's Academy managed to slip by Forge Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Fury on Monday.

St. Mary's Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-8, 25-23.

St. Mary's Academy now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Forge Christian, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. Mary's Academy will square off against rival Stargate School at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Forge Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Eagle Ridge Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
