Baseball Game Preview: Cumberland County Panthers vs. Monroe County Falcons

For the second straight game, Cumberland County will face off against Monroe County. The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Cumberland County lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Monroe County, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's matchup. The Panthers put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 15-3 win on Monday. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by ten runs or more this season.

For Monroe County's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gradey Starnes, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Cumberland County's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8. As for Monroe County, they moved to 10-8 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
