The Lawndale Cardinals will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against the Hoover Tornados at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Lawndale is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 19th straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They came up short against Bishop Conaty-Loretto, falling 20-0.

Hoover is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9 runs. Lawndale's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
