Volleyball Recap: Minneapolis Comes Up Short

The Minneapolis Lions came up short against the Holcomb Longhorns on Saturday and fell 2-0.

While Minneapolis was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23.

Minneapolis' loss dropped their record down to 20-17. As for Holcomb, the victory was the 17th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 36-4.

Minneapolis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Holcomb, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Ellsworth on the 25th.
