Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Christian Brothers). Everything went their way against the Rio Americano Raiders on Monday as Christian Brothers made off with a 20-9 win. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won seven in a row.

Kaylee Foster was a standout: she scored two runs while going 4-for-5. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Maya Torres, who scored four runs while going 2-for-4.

Christian Brothers always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .543. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

The win got Christian Brothers back to even at 6-6. As for Rio Americano, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.
