The Kingswood Oxford Wyverns will venture away from home to square off against the Canterbury School Saints at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Kingswood Oxford 14.6, Canterbury School 14.9) so any points scored will be well earned.
Canterbury School will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Kingswood Oxford extended their winning streak to four on Saturday. The Wyverns breezed past Worcester Academy to the tune of 32-0. That 32 point margin sets a new team best for the Wyverns this season.

It was another big night for Justin Morle, who rushed for 170 yards and four TDs. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September.
Another reason for the win was Kingswood Oxford's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. Worcester Academy's QB won't forget Jason Mathews anytime soon given he sacked him twice.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Canterbury School). They strolled past Austin Prep with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 47-29.
Kingswood Oxford better keep an eye on Drew Fitzgerald. He was instrumental in Canterbury School's win, throwing for 250 yards and five touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes, and also punching in one rushing score. Wells Cunningham was Fitzgerald's top target, picking up 68 receiving yards and three scores.
Kingswood Oxford's record is now 7-1. As for Canterbury School, their record now sits at 6-1.
Saturday's contest might be decided on the ground. Kingswood Oxford has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 192.1 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Canterbury School struggles in that department as they've been averaging 189.1 rushing yards. There's a good chance Saturday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Kingswood Oxford didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Canterbury School in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 34-28 victory. Will the Wyverns repeat their success, or do the Saints have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
