Football Game Preview: Plantation Colonels vs. Fort Lauderdale Flying L's

The Plantation Colonels are taking a road trip to face off against the Fort Lauderdale Flying L at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Plantation's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Cypress Bay on Wednesday. They fell to the Lightning 6-0.

Meanwhile, Fort Lauderdale also failed to score in their most recent game. They took a 12-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of South Broward on Wednesday. The Flying L's have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plantation has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season. Fort Lauderdale's loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
