Volleyball Recap: Plainfield North Takes a Loss

Plainfield North lost against Lincoln-Way Central two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights.

Plainfield North now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Lincoln-Way Central, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

Coming up, Plainfield North will take on Metea Valley in a tournament on Wednesday. As for Lincoln-Way Central, they will welcome Romeoville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Knights are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
