            Softball Recap: Smoky Mountain Mustangs vs. Tuscola Mountaineers        
        
		
        
        
            Smoky Mountain extended their losing streak  to three  on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 4-17 in the process. They fell  10-5 to the Tuscola Mountaineers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mountaineers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  11-1  back in March.
  Ezilah Baylon made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 3-for-4 with two  runs, two  doubles,  and one  RBI.
As for Tuscola, their record is now 9-10. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for they considering their one-run performance the  contest before.
 On Tuscola's side, they let  Sydney Snowden and  Kinzie Messer run wild. Snowden  went 4-for-5 with one  triple and one  double, while  Messer  went 4-for-5 with one  triple and one  double. Those  four  hits gave  Snowden a new career-high.
 Smoky Mountain has already played their next game,  an  8-7  loss against East Henderson on the 1st. As for Tuscola, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  match,  a  5-2  defeat against West Henderson on the 1st.
