Baseball Recap: Big Bear Takes a Loss

Big Bear lost against Riverside Prep on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bears came up short against the Silver Knights, falling 22-1. The match marked the Bears' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Big Bear saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brennen Berge, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Big Bear has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season. As for Riverside Prep, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-7.

Coming up, Big Bear will be playing in front of their home fans against University Prep at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Riverside Prep, they will head out to take on Quartz Hill at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
