Volleyball Recap: Westgate Takes a Loss

Westgate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the North Vermilion Patriots. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Patriots when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Westgate's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for North Vermilion, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-4.

Westgate has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against David Thibodaux on the 2nd. As for North Vermilion, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Comeaux on the 2nd.
