Brooklynn Steidl put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March on Monday. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Steidl and Melbourne will challenge Rockledge at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
