Soccer Game Recap: McNeil vs. Manor

After low-scoring totals in their previous seven contests, McNeil brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. Their defense stepped up to hand the Manor Mustangs a 13-0 shutout on Friday. Ally Weir was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

McNeil's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4-2 and their overall record up to 5-5-2. As for Manor, their loss was their tenth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

Looking ahead, McNeil will venture away from home to challenge Hutto at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Manor, they will welcome Cedar Ridge at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
