It was a good run, but Bryan County unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Woodville-Tompkins Wolverines by a score of 2-1. The Redskins were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolverines earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Bryan County's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Woodville-Tompkins, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season.

Bryan County has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Vidalia on the 23rd. As for Woodville-Tompkins, they will face off against McIntosh County Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
