A well-balanced attack led Nipmuc Regional over Douglas in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Nipmuc Regional Warriors blew the Douglas Tigers out of the water with a 69-31 final score. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 21 points or more this season.

Leading Nipmuc Regional to victory were Chase Kelly and Grady O?Neil. Kelly posted 15 points, while O?Neil earned 11 points. Another player making a difference was James McKinney, who had six points.

Douglas' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aiden Vassar, who put up eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tadhg Higgins, who posted six points.

The win (which was Nipmuc Regional's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.7 points per game. As for Douglas, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Hopedale is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.2 points per game this season. As for Douglas, they will challenge Whitinsville Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Douglas is facing Whitinsville Christian at the right time seeing as Whitinsville Christian is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
