Baseball Recap: Heritage Huskies vs. Wakefield Wolverines
Heritage extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 9-11 in the process. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wakefield Wolverines. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-3 on Monday.

Jack Merrell was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run. Heritage is 3-1 when Merrell posts one or more home runs, but 6-10 otherwise.
