Volleyball Recap: Mountain Island Charter Comes Up Short

Mountain Island Charter was the 3-0 winner over West Mecklenburg when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Raptors came up short against the Hawks on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Raptors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Mountain Island Charter was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-13, 25-17.

Mountain Island Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for West Mecklenburg, their win bumped their record up to 8-10.

As of now, neither Mountain Island Charter nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
