Basketball Game Preview: Cambridge Trojans vs. Southern Valley Eagles

The Cambridge Trojans will challenge the Southern Valley Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Cambridge ended up a good deal behind Dundy County-Stratton and lost 77-61.

Meanwhile, Southern Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 54-43 to Elm Creek.

Cambridge will have to contain Isaac Hamilton as he made an impact in Southern Valley's last game. He went 8-for-16 en route to 22 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Tate Weatherwax, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds.

Cambridge's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Southern Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
