Softball Recap: Hudson Takes a Loss

Hudson fell victim to North Royalton and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Bears, falling 17-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Explorers in their meetings with the Bears: they've now lost nine in a row.

Hudson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Corinne Stearns, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Hudson's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for North Royalton, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-4.

Looking ahead, Hudson will look to defend their home field on Friday against Magnificat at 5:00 p.m. As for North Royalton, they will head out to take on Twinsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
