The Clarenceville Trojans will head out to face off against the Southfield Christian Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southfield Christian took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Clarenceville, who comes in off a win.

Clarenceville took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Novi Christian Academy. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, Southfield Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Parkway Christian.

Clarenceville's victory bumped their record up to 9-10-1. As for Southfield Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7-2.

Clarenceville was able to grind out a solid win over Southfield Christian when the teams last played last Saturday, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
