Royal Palm Beach is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They blew past West Boca Raton 65-36. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 129th, while the Bulls are ranked 603rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

It was another big night for K'Nard Callendar, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. What's more, he also racked up seven assists, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. David Alexis was another key player, going 6 of 11 on his way to 16 points.
Meanwhile, Dwyer had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They claimed a resounding 78-30 win over the Hawks. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 58-14.
Dwyer's win came from a few key players Royal Palm Beach will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was KODEN BROWN, who made all 6 shots he took to post 14 points in addition to six assists and six steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was JORDAN QUINCE, who posted 13 points and six steals.
Royal Palm Beach has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Dwyer, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-9.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Royal Palm Beach and Dwyer are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Royal Palm Beach hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 62.6 points per game. However, it's not like Dwyer struggles in that department as they've been averaging 59.6 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
