Soccer Game Preview: Northridge Academy vs. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences

Northridge Academy is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Monday. They will be playing at home against the Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers at 3:00 p.m. Northridge Academy will be strutting in after a win while Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will be coming in after a loss.

Northridge Academy took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Valor Academy as they made off with a 10-1 victory. It was an even better day for Emmelye Zagal as she scored four goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences fell victim to Canoga Park and their airtight defense on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Hunters. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences haven't had much luck with Canoga Park recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Northridge Academy's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. As for Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences, they now have a losing record of 0-1-1.
