Recap: Spalding vs. Perry
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Laurens, Spalding was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the Perry Panthers onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. Spalding's winning goal came courtesy of Justen Anaya.
Spalding now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Perry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spalding will square off against Westside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Perry, they will head out on the road to face off against Baldwin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
