Soccer Recap: Roswell vs. Lovington
Roswell's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lovington Wildcats , sneaking past 3-2. The Coyotes' winning goal came courtesy of Axel Sanchez.
Roswell pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Lovington, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
Roswell will face off against Portales at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lovington, they will square off against Artesia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Artesia will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Lovington surely won't give up without a fight.
