Recap: Bayshore Bruins vs. Southeast Seminoles
The Bayshore Bruins lost against the Southeast Seminoles back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Bayshore took a 55-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Southeast. Bayshore has not had much luck with Southeast recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Bayshore's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Antonio Romo, who scored 11 points along with 6 rebounds. The matchup was Romo's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Demetrios Kimon, who scored 12 points.
Bayshore's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Southeast, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bayshore will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against The Classical Academy of Sarasota at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th. The Classical Academy of Sarasota will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Southeast, they will head out on the road to face off against Booker at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
