Volleyball Recap: New Trier Takes Down Ranked York

New Trier faced York in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Trevians walked away with a 2-0 win over the Dukes. The Trevians were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Dukes, so the Trevians were just returning the favor.

The victory made it two in a row for New Trier and bumps their season record up to 16-7. As for York, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 21-7.

New Trier didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Stevenson on the 9th. As for York, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Lake Forest on the 9th.
