Recap: Celeste Blue Devils vs. Wolfe City Wolves
The Celeste Blue Devils lost against the Wolfe City Wolves back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Celeste took a 65-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of Wolfe City. Celeste has not had much luck with Wolfe City recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wolfe City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cayden Herron, who scored 20 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Herron has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cavan Armstrong, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds.
Celeste has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-16 record this season. As for Wolfe City, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-22.
Celeste does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Wolfe City also has no future games currently scheduled.
