Basketball Recap: Ringgold Takes a Loss

Ringgold lost against Thomas Jefferson back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Ringgold Rams were outmatched by the Thomas Jefferson Jaguars and fell 78-47. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 515th, while the Jaguars are ranked 239th).

Ringgold's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Thomas Jefferson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-7.

Ringgold will welcome Baldwin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Baldwin will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Ringgold surely won't give up without a fight. As for Thomas Jefferson, they will head out to challenge Bethel Park at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
