Basketball Recap: Columbia Academy Takes a Loss

Columbia Academy was the 61-59 winner over Battle Ground Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Columbia Academy Bulldogs fell 59-52 to the Battle Ground Academy Wildcats on Tuesday.

Columbia Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Battle Ground Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-8.

Columbia Academy will be playing at home against Middle Tennessee Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Columbia Academy is facing Middle Tennessee Christian at the right time seeing as Middle Tennessee Christian is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Battle Ground Academy, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Battle Ground Academy Wildcats face off against the Franklin Road Academy Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
