Football Game Preview: Cross Creek Razorbacks vs. Harlem Bulldogs + Official Tickets

Cross Creek is 0-5 against Harlem since October of 2020 but things could change on Thursday. The Razorbacks will face off against the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Cross Creek has given up an average of 45.7 points per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Cross Creek's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Howard last Friday. They were beaten by the Huskies 40-0.

Meanwhile, in Friday's Canine Competition, Harlem prevailed. They strolled past Howard with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 32-14. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldogs considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Malik Tyler and Finn Martin. Tyler rushed for 131 yards and one TD on only 11 carries while Martin rushed for 97 yards and a pair of scores. Those 97 rushing yards gave Martin a new career-high.

Harlem was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 214 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Howard only rushed for 87.

Harlem is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Cross Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.

Cross Creek was dealt a bruising 46-13 defeat at the hands of Harlem when the teams last played back in October of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Tyler, who rushed for 108 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries.
