Football Recap: Mechanicville Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Mechanicville's offense. They came up short against the Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs on Friday, falling 20-0. The Red Raiders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in October of 2021.

Mechanicville's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Cobleskill-Richmondville, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Mechanicville will welcome Fonda-Fultonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cobleskill-Richmondville, they will venture away from home to square off against Hoosick Falls/Tamarac at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
