The victory was some much needed relief for the Bears as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Olivia Gordon spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four runs (all of which were unearned) on four hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
