MaxPreps 2012 California Bowl Game Rankings

By Staff Report Oct 1, 2012, 11:23pm

None of the top spots change this week.

Teams are coming and going in the second edition of the California Bowl Game Rankings, and among the teams ascending the lists, none did so more spectacularly than Oceanside. The Pirates took a 26-17 triumph over Mission Hills on Friday and that catapulted them from non-ranked up to No. 6 in the South Division II rankings.

Other teams to enter the Top 10 in their respective areas include: the south's Oaks Christian (D-I), and north teams Burbank and Monte Vista (D-I), American Canyon (D-II), Ripon (D-III) and Chester (D-IV).
