Basketball Recap: Lake Brantley Patriots vs. Winter Park Wildcats

After flying high against Lyman last Tuesday, Lake Brantley came back down to earth. The Lake Brantley Patriots had to suffer through a 63-30 loss at the hands of the Winter Park Wildcats. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Lake Brantley's loss on Thursday came despite strong showings from Alana Taylor and Maddie Woodrow. Taylor posted 11 points, while Woodrow earned nine points.

Leading Winter Park to victory were Auria Mack and Maliyah Lockhart.
