Basketball Game Preview: Brantley County Herons vs. Bacon County Raiders

The Brantley County Herons are taking a road trip to take on the Bacon County Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Brantley County is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Worth County just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Rams by a score of 51-49.

Meanwhile, Bacon County came up short against Worth County on Friday and fell 54-43. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brantley County's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 12-5. As for Bacon County, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.

Brantley County strolled past Bacon County when the teams last played two weeks ago by a score of 48-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brantley County since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
