Volleyball Game Preview: Harrison Hoyas vs. Allatoona Buccaneers

The Harrison Hoyas will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Allatoona Buccaneers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Harrison is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Cartersville just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Hurricanes.

Meanwhile, Allatoona didn't have quite enough to beat Central on Thursday and fell 2-1. While the Buccaneers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Lions 25-16 in the first set.

Allatoona actually scored more points across those three sets (60-58), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-20, 17-15.

Allatoona's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Harrison, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
