Baseball Game Preview: Dothan Wolves vs. UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs

The Dothan Wolves will head out on the road to take on the UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Dothan came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Smiths Station, falling 17-5. The loss was the Wolves' first of the season.

Emmanuel Lewis was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Tripp Benton, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for UMS-Wright Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 6-1 win over Hueytown on Friday.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dothan fell to 3-1. As for UMS-Wright Prep, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
