Football Recap: Lewis County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lewis County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Elkins Tigers, falling 48-18. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Minutemen have suffered against the Tigers since September 8, 2017.

Lewis County's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Elkins, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Lewis County is set to take on their familiar foe East Fairmont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Elkins will face off against rival Buckhannon-Upshur at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
