Softball Recap: Nimitz Comes Up Short

Nimitz and South Grand Prairie squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Nimitz had to settle for second. They came up short against the Warriors, falling 17-1. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost seven in a row.

Nimitz now has a losing record of 12-13. As for South Grand Prairie, the victory was the 17th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-8.

As of now, neither Nimitz nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
