Softball Game Preview: Naples Big Green Machines vs. South Seneca Falcons

The Naples Big Green Machines are taking a road trip to square off against the South Seneca Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Naples is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Naples came up short against Livonia on Thursday, falling 10-3.

Meanwhile, South Seneca got themselves on the board against Red Jacket on Thursday, but Red Jacket never followed suit. They put the hurt on Red Jacket with a sharp 15-0 win. The Falcons haven't had any issues with Red Jacket recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

South Seneca now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Naples, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.

Naples beat South Seneca 11-7 in their previous meeting back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Big Green Machines since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
